Dhurandhar’ has been running successfully in theaters since its release on December 5, 2025. The Raja Saab movie has earned over Rs 1200 crore at the box office worldwide. While three major films were released during this time, the spy thriller had no effect on its collections. Now, Prabhas’ ‘The Raja Saab‘ has arrived in cinemas on January 9, 2026. And it seems the Telugu horror comedy has affected the earnings of the Aditya Dhar directorial.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collecation 38 day
What’s happening at the box office right now is not a collection update. At this point we are unable to easily put this into something like “collection update.” Instead, it is, by many estimates, a kind of X-ray of the industry decision-making that we are seeing now. A lot depends on not stopping Dhurandhar, something we will note down even after 37 days. And, on Sunday, the 38th day, it’s only getting bigger. Since the movie was released, the Raja Saab has already seen its screenings halved. And there’s Raja Saheb, which, however Sunday it may seem at the time, can’t breathe.
So, let’s have a discussion first on Dhurandhar, because if a film works, it feels like it’s alive. In the case of ‘works,’ I do mean to say that the Raja Saab is running for a long time. In 38 days, net revenues of this film in the country reached over ₹800 crore. It has crossed ₹804 crore. Its total in India reached ₹960 crore. Its overseas collection has reached roughly ₹289 crore.
Which means a film that brings in another ₹10 crore will be the first one ever to earn ₹300 crore globally overseas. It has already made over ₹1290 crore around the globe. This is Dhurandhar, and we are not merely talking about collections. We’re talking about rankings. It has surpassed RRR. It has surpassed KGF 2. It is the highest-grossing Bollywood film. It’s a smidgen above the ₹1300 crore mark.
The Raja Saab Box Office Collecation 3 day
Speaking of the mastermind’s formula, it’s very simple, yet extremely deadly. Look, the Raja Saab was released once. What was shown was the final version. The audience wasn’t given the feeling that the first version was flawed. This is actually happening with Salaar. That’s why those who left the theater said, “We will watch it again, we enjoyed it.” Only repeat viewers can keep a film running for 37-38 days. And when repeat viewers come, the number of screens doesn’t matter. The film finds its place. Now, if we talk about Salaar, there’s a bit of darkness after the initial phase.
No one can deny that Prabhas’s opening performance was historic. But the real test of the film begins after the second and third days. But this test began on the second day itself. Salaar was actually heading towards a decline. If we talk about the third day’s figures, the film earned 26 crore rupees on the second day, which was already low. On the third day, Sunday, the collection was only 15 crore rupees. The total collection for three days has reached 13 crore rupees so far. The film should have sustained or jumped on Sunday. But here, the film is already on a downward trend.
Talking about Saturday to Sunday, it’s already clear that the momentum is not as fast as it should have been, which means not only a decline but also a loss of confidence. Cracks are also appearing in the Telugu region, which is the biggest concern. In fact, Prabhas’s strongest region is the Telugu region. The first day’s Telugu net collection was 45 crore rupees.
On the second day, Telugu earned 20 crore rupees. On the third day, the sales are said to have reached single digits. In Nizam plus Andhra, the second day’s pre-sales were 12.55 crore rupees. The third day’s pre-sales reached 7 crore rupees. This means that the fans are now thinking of waiting and watching what happens.
